Your Role:

As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:

• Scheduling installations and coordinating labour and subcontractors.

• Arranging plant, site welfare, and other logistical needs.

• Working closely with Project Managers to keep clients and field teams up to date on progress and schedule changes.

• Assisting with the ordering and tracking of materials.

• Acting as a central point of communication for the project delivery team, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Organised and proactive, with a strong ability to prioritise under pressure.

• Confident and professional in communicating with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.

• Detail-focused, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

• Experienced in coordinating multiple projects (ideally within construction, electrical, or related sectors).

• Competent with MS Office and scheduling software.
